Formerly MB Motorsports, VSPEED was started as a collection of ideas. We were originally just a sim racing team in one league, but have grown to much more than that.
VSPEED is now a one-stop-shop for broadcasting, production, custom design, merchandise, partnerships, and bringing the excitement of sim racing to life!

Co-Founder / Production / Design
Adam Baker
Adam's vision for VSPEED came from a collaboration with league racing teammate Ryan Gemmell. The two kept pushing to grow the team and Adam's design background inspired him to create an affordable, high-quality broadcasting solution.
Adding in design capabilities for custom auto parts and merchandise rounded out this great brand.
Fun Facts
Adam has raced go-karts, autocross, and done several track days in addition to being a lifelong motorsports fan. He is the all-time wins leader in SOMO Racing League and has collected over 50 wins and multiple sim racing league championships.
Production Manager / Commentator
Bradley Cooper
Bradley joined the team while working with one of our great leagues. His passion for streaming, commentary, and building up VSPEED has changed the dynamic of what we do. Bradley continues to push the boundaries of what we can do and strives to always offer the best on-screen product possible.
Fun Facts
Bradley used to be called "Mr. Top 5" for his racing consistency in the WFO Racing League. He's been on iRacing for over 10 years and has worked with some of the best sim racing production teams around.
Production Manager / Commentator
Eddie Smith
Eddie joined the team in 2023, and has been a huge contributor to our production improvements. His tenacity and problem-solving has enabled us to reach new heights as a broadcasting crew. Look for him on the main channel and VSPEED Racing Network (VSRN).
Fun Facts
Eddie has extensive experience in production and has helped propel some of the best iRacing broadcasting teams. His channel recently joined the VSPEED Family and rebranded to VSRN, where his team continues to produce top-quality content.
Color Commentary
Alek Martinez
Alek joined the team after racing in the Virtual Racing League (VRL) and showing a passion for commentary. His first appearances in the BTDY Racing League booth made him an instant favorite amongst VSPEED viewers and he has been a mainstay on the channel for years.
Fun Facts
Alek is a sim racing fanatic with extensive experience across all levels of iRacing. He is a proven winner and known for his ability to hop in the car without practicing and race to the front. He is a passionate racing enthusiast and one of the most exciting commentary voices around.
Production / Commentary
Logan Threlkeld
Known as "Santa" by many, Logan has been on the iRacing service on and off since 2018. After joining the VSPEED team in March of 2024, Logan has made his way from color commentator to producer. Logan's favorite thing about the iRacing service are all of the possible connections into the world of virtual racing.
Fun Facts
Coming from a background of circuit and drag racing on motorcycles, the transition to sim racing allowed him to participate in many more classes. He will be spotting for JGR Esports starting in 2025.

Morgan Cook
Morgan joined the team in

Morgan can be seen on races all across our channel and iRacing in general. He has claimed many victories in his iconic VSPEED rides, and is a contender each time he's on track.
DRIVERS
Co-Founder / Driver #6
Ryan Gemmell
Ryan and Adam joined up after racing together in the SOMO Racing League. Ryan's passion for motorsports and talent became evident. He has worked with NEMCO Motorsports for years in multiple roles, and has won a championship in SCRA driving vintage NASCAR's against some stiff competition.
Fun Facts
Ryan is a race winner in several iRacing leagues as well as multiple real world racing events. He has spotted for Joe and John Hunter Nemechek in Craftsman Truck Series events. He is historic stock car series champion and has participated in ARCA.

Seth Hatchel
Seth joined the team the following season that Adam and Ryan started MB Motorsports. He is always competitive with wins in Road to Pro as well as multiple league championships. He is a back-to-back champion in BTDY, which is often acclaimed as one of the most competitive leagues on iRacing.
Fun Facts
Seth's strongest tracks are Indianapolis and Dover, but he's found victory lane at just about every track he's been to. He's one of the winningest drivers in the BTDY Racing League and SOMO Racing League.

Keith Maiato
Keith joined VSPEED after competing against the team for a few years. He brings real world racing experience and brilliant racing skillset to the team, competing for wins in any race you tune in to. He is a multi-time league champion and one of the winningest league drivers around.
Fun Facts
Keith has multiple seasons across multiple leagues with over 6 wins.
He was nicknamed "Jaws" for his ability to track down the race leader and drive away over the long run.

Chris Simard
Chris has racing in his family, as his dad competed in Supermodified racing in the Northeast. Chris joined the team along with Keith Maiato. He has gone on to win clutch victories and is always competitive in short track and flat track racing. He runs a tribute paint scheme and number in honor of his father, Dave Simard.
Fun Facts
Chris has over 50 league wins and is a tremendous long run driver. He has victories in all kinds of different vehicles on iRacing and is a threat at any short track, especially Martinsville, Richmond, and New Hampshire.
Driver #10
Brody Hays
Brody is the latest member to join the team. He has experience in real-world racing environments and is a winner in BTDY. He is a threat to win week-in and week-out, but especially on the short tracks. Look for him in the iconic #10 VSPEED Machine Tuesday nights.
Fun Facts
Brody's first win for Team VSPEED came at New Hampshire in the BTDY Racing League. He is a long-run driver and also very strong on road courses, where he is competitive with some of the best in the league.
Driver #56
James Loveland
James joined the team in 2021 and found himself in victory lane almost instantly. He's a great short track and long-run driver, and has experience in asphalt and dirt racing in Western New York.

James' first win in the BTDY Racing League came at Chicagoland where he outdueled Adam Baker to take the win. He has multiple wins across multiple leagues and championships as well. His real world experience in dirt and asphalt racing has contributed to his sim racing success,
